Terms and Conditions

General

  1. The promoter of the 12 Days of Christmas Campaign is Mobility in Motion.
  2. The campaign runs from Monday 1st December to Friday 12th December 2025.
  3. The campaign consists of two parts:
    a. Retail Customers Daily Offers & Prize Draws
    b. Trade Partners & Mobility Shop Partners Daily Treasure Hunt Giveaway
  4. Mobility in Motion reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign or these Terms & Conditions without notice if circumstances beyond Mobility in Motion’s control require it.
  5. Mobility in Motion accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, connectivity problems or any other reason.
  6. Mobility in Motion’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Personal data supplied during entry will be handled in accordance with Mobility in Motion’s Privacy Policy.
  8. By taking part in any element of the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Retail Customers – Daily Offers & Prize Draws

  1. Daily Offers
    1. A different offer, discount, or prize draw will be released each day of the campaign.
    2. Full details of each daily offer will be provided on our socials and this page of the website.
    3. Individual offer terms (including discount level, qualifying products, and expiry dates) apply as stated each day.
    4. Offer is only available for one day and the enquiry must be made on that day to qualify for the offer; this can be by either calling us on 0800 009 2510 or filling in our Contact Us form.
    5. If a Contact Us form is received outside of our office opening hours, but on the day of the offer it will still be eligible for that days offer, even when followed up by the team the next day.
    6. Mobility in Motion will complete a suitability review prior to confirming any order to ensure that the selected product is appropriate for the customer, their vehicle, and any mobility device they intend to use with it. This review may include requesting additional information such as vehicle make and model, mobility device specifications, measurements, information about the person using the adaptation. Orders may be amended, declined, or require alternative product recommendations if the suitability review identifies that the chosen product is not compatible with the customer’s needs.
  2. Prize Draws
    1. Where a prize draw forms part of the daily offer, no purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.
    2. Entry will be made on the simple form above.
    3. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by 4.30pm on the day of the promotion (entries after this time will not be counted).
  3. Prizes
    1. All prizes will be dispatched during the week commencing 15th December.
    2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. Eligibility
    1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
    2. Employees of Mobility in Motion and their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes (unless otherwise stated).
  5. Verification & Fair Play
    1. Mobility in Motion reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of identity or affiliation.
    2. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.
