Adaptation Awareness Training at N-Able Services
N-Able Services provides bespoke, specialist Case Management services to support those who have experienced catastrophic injuries. Their rehabilitation and lifestyle programmes help their clients maximise their potential, rebuild their future and improve their quality of life.
Last week, we visited their team of expert case managers to showcase the range of vehicle adaptations and driving systems available that help overcome various mobility challenges.
“It was a great presentation and extremely beneficial to be able to experience seeing the adaptations being operated as this provided greater insights into how clients would benefit from the different resources available, and how they would increase their independence.”
“Very informative, presenters were clearly very knowledgeable and this came across during the presentation. It was really helpful to see and have demonstrated some of the adaptations that can be made to a vehicle to achieve greater independence and quality of life for our clients.”
This session offered an excellent opportunity for the team to gain greater knowledge of the breadth of solutions for their clients. Our demonstration vehicle was equipped with a full suite of popular adaptations, including:
- Wheelchair Roof Box
- 4-Way Boot Hoist
- Person Hoist
- Quick Release Transfer Plate
- Electronic Swivel & Lowering Seat
- Electronic Over Ring Accelerator
- Mechanical Push/Pull Accelerator & Brake
- Twin Flip Left Foot Accelerator
- Steering Ball
- Steering Grip Remote Control
- Lollipop Grip Remote Control
