Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Refer, Earn & Save” referral campaign. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

  • The referral offer is available to retail customers making their first order with us.
  • The offer applies only to the purchase of core products and excludes spares or replacement parts.

Referral Discount (Referee)

  • The referred customer (“referee”) will receive 10% off their first order.
  • To qualify, the referee must:
    • Quote the Friends & Family Offer or Team Offer at the time of order.
    • Provide the full name of the referrer.
  • The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  • The maximum discount that can be applied per order is £300.

Referrer Reward

  • When a referee successfully places an order using the referral, the referrer becomes eligible for a £50 gift voucher.
  • The gift voucher will be issued after the 14 day return window following the referee’s install.
  • The fulfilment method (postal address for a physical voucher or email for a digital voucher) will be confirmed by our sales team.
  • Only one reward is issued per successful referral.

General Conditions

  • There is no set start or end date for this initiative; it will run continuously unless withdrawn or amended.
  • The campaign may be changed or terminated at any time at our discretion.
  • Misuse of the offer or false referrals may result in disqualification.
