Strengthening Our Supply Chain to Deliver Better Outcomes for Customers
Over the past 12 months, we’ve been taking a close look at how we work with our partners, across our internal teams, and throughout our supply chain to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality, reliable, and accessible mobility solutions.
Strong and reliable products don’t happen by accident. They’re built through collaboration, experience, and a genuine willingness to listen and improve. That belief has shaped how we’ve been working with our supply chain partners, taking the time to understand their expertise, challenges, and ambitions, and using those insights to refine every element of what we do.
As Matt Fieldhouse, our Group Managing Director, explains: “We believe strong products come from strong partnerships. Driving improvement from within
Alongside close collaboration with our partners, our internal teams have been leading a number of improvement projects designed to strengthen our operations, work more agilely, and better support both partners and customers.
These initiatives include:
- A new kit design process – a refined design and development framework created by our teams to improve consistency, usability, and efficiency as well as ensure we have solutions, for our partners, as new cars come onto the market.
- Production simplification – streamlined manufacturing processes that reduce complexity and create a more agile, scalable production environment.
- Enhanced quality assurance measures – new quality controls and testing protocols that improve consistency, reliability, and confidence for all of our customers.
Together, these changes are helping us build a more resilient, inclusive, and future-ready business; one that supports partner growth while delivering higher standards and a better overall experience for customers.
Supporting accessible mobility through Adapt & Drive
Alongside these improvements, we’re also launching Adapt & Drive, our adapted car purchase scheme developed directly in response to customer insight and lived experience.
Shaped by extensive research and engagement with people who rely on adapted vehicles, Adapt & Drive is designed to provide greater flexibility and support when purchasing a vehicle that meets individual mobility needs. By aligning our internal expertise with cars from leading manufacturers, we aim to make adapted car ownership simpler and more accessible.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on listening to our customers, investing in our people, and working with like-minded partners across the industry to deliver better products, better services, and better outcomes.
