How it works

Discuss your adaptation with our team and receive a tailored price. - Choose finance
If helpful, you can pay a 20% deposit and finance the remaining balance over 2 or 3 years through Ideal4Finance. - Apply online
Complete a short application and Ideal4Finance provides the credit decision. - Place your order
The order must be in the same name as the finance applicant. - Installation & aftercare
Once your proposal is accepted, we’ll arrange installation and provide our usual nationwide aftercare.

Who can apply?
Any UK resident aged 18+.
Will there be a credit check?
Yes. Ideal4Finance carries out credit checks as part of the online application process.
Can Mobility in Motion complete the application for me?
No. Applications must be completed by the customer. However, if you need support with your application, please call the Loans Team at Ideal4Finance on 020 3617 4647 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm).
What about the APR or interest rate?
All rates, terms and credit decisions are set by Ideal4Finance. We can’t advise on or guarantee any APR.
Can I cancel or withdraw?
- If you withdraw from a finance agreement before goods are dispatched, please tell Ideal4Finance and notify us immediately.
- If you request a part or full refund after dispatch, contact Ideal4Finance and notify us.
- If you have any issue with goods/services after funds have been released, we’ll work to resolve it within 5 weeks.
