Cars in the range are chosen with adaptations in mind, and your assessment confirms which ones suit your needs. Whichever you choose, you own it outright.
Are adapted cars available as automatics?
Every fully electric car in the range drives as an automatic, with no clutch pedal or gear changes. Petrol, hybrid and mild hybrid models vary by trim. Ask our team which cars currently in the range come with an automatic gearbox.
Can any car be adapted for a disabled driver?
Most cars can take some level of adaptation, though what fits varies by model and by person. Boot hoists and swivel seats depend on the car’s door opening and boot dimensions, and equally on your mobility, your height and weight, and the wheelchair or scooter you use. We prioritise adaptation kits that suit the cars in the Adapt & Drive range, and your assessment confirms what works for you. Contact our team to check compatibility for your circumstances.
Can I buy an adapted car without paying VAT?
