Choose your preferred time between 9am and 4pm. Once you’ve submitted your details, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment.
Walk-ins are also welcome on the day, although customers with reserved appointments will be prioritised.
What to Expect at Your Assessment
Your appointment is completely free, with no obligation to purchase anything. You’ll have up to an hour with one of our experienced vehicle adaptation specialists, giving us plenty of time to understand your needs and let you experience different solutions for yourself.
During your visit, you’ll be able to:
- Meet one-to-one with an adaptation specialist and talk through the challenges you experience when driving, getting seated or travelling with mobility equipment.
- Try adaptations in our demonstration vehicle, so you can experience how different solutions work rather than simply looking at them.
- Explore different adaptation options, from driving controls and swivel seats to transfer solutions and mobility equipment hoists.
- Receive personalised recommendations based on your mobility, vehicle and everyday lifestyle.
- Explore Adapt & Drive if you’re considering changing your car and would like to understand your options for a brand-new adapted vehicle.

Who Is the Open Day For ?
Our Vehicle Adaptation Assessment Open Day is open to anyone who would benefit from expert advice about making driving or travelling by car easier.
You might be:
- A disabled driver exploring driving adaptations
- Finding getting into or out of your car increasingly difficult
- Exploring solutions to easily lift and store your mobility device
- A wheelchair or mobility scooter user
- A passenger looking for an easier way to transfer
- A carer or family member supporting someone with reduced mobility
- Considering adapting a car you already own
- Looking for a new adapted vehicle
You don’t need to have used vehicle adaptations before. In fact, the day is a great opportunity to discover solutions you may not have realised were available.

Our first Assessment Open Day takes place on Thursday 10th September, with appointments available from 9am and the final one-hour assessment beginning at 4pm.
Places are limited, so we’d recommend reserving your preferred time in advance.
